Appetizer Trays:
Vegetable : An assortment of fresh veggies accompanied with a creamy dill dip.

Fruit : A medley of fresh summer fruits with a cream cheese dip

Cheese & Cracker : An array of Cheddar, Swiss, & Colby-Jack cheeses presented with crisp crackers, green & calomato olives.

Cheese & Fruit : A variety of seasonal fruits and robust cheeses - a perfect combination.

Middle Eastern : A tray of creamy hummus and savory tabbouleh served with pita bread.

South of the Border : Mini beef tacos, chicken taquitos, and tortilla chips served with sour cream, a tangy sun dried tomato dip, and a black bean & corn Salsa.

Meatballs : Your choice of either a creamy gravy & mushroom meatball, or sweet and sour.

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail platter with cocktail sauce and lemons.

Sandwiches:

Caprese Panini : Great for vegetarians!  A mozzarella, tomato, and pesto sandwich grilled on fresh artisan bread.

Italian or Turkey Party Sub : Subs are stacked with salami, turnkey, ham, American cheese, lettuce & tomato; or turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce & Tomato.  **All subs are served with mustard, mayo, Italian dressing, and mild yellow peppers on the side.

Chicken Salad Veronique : A delicious summer salad with chunks of grilled chicken breast, celery, fresh tarragon, and red & green grapes (served with croissants & bread rolls on the side).

Pizza:

Large pizzas with your choice of cheese or pepperoni (minimum order is 3 round pizzas).

Kebobs : Your choice of marinated steak or chicken with mushroom, red onion, and green pepper served with a refreshing cucumber sauce and soft pita bread.

Platters :

Chicken Fingers : Breaded chicken tenders served with ranch, honey mustard, and barbeque sauces.

Desserts :

Tuxedo Brownies: Rich, moist chocolate brownies with Belgian chocolate chips and premium white chocolate chips.

Coconut Cupcakes:  The best cupcake you've ever had!  Moist yellow cake with a hint of almond, delicious cream cheese frosting topped with shredded coconut.  Can be served in "Mini" style upon request.

Cookies: Peanut butter or chocolate chip-your choice or a mix platter.

Twenty percent (20%) will be added to all orders to cover sales tax and gratuity.  Fifty percent (50%) deposit due upon order; balance due 2 weeks prior to charter.

Wait staff available for $100 per four hours.
